Shipping policy

Subscription boxes ship between the 5th and 10th of the month.

Need an item expedited? Please contact us and we’d love to help you with your request. 

Most orders are shipped through USPS. 

You will receive an email from us when your item ships.  We trust that your merchandise should arrive safely. 

Please check all items for possible shipping damage upon receipt. 

If any damage has been found, please email pictures to hello@romancebookandchill.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will help you file a claim with USPS for your shipment.
