We ship via USPS within 3 business days of receiving your order, while supplies last. You can expect to receive your order generally 5-7 days after placing it. You'll receive a shipping notice as soon as your shipment goes out which includes a tracking number. Please note: subscribers in Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may experience longer shipping times.
Your first box ships right away, while supplies last, then again between 5th and 10th day of the month.

We want to make sure that you absolutely love your Romance Book and Chill Box! However we are unable to issue refunds for Romance Book and Chill Box subscriptions that have already been processed. However, if for some reason you receive a damaged or defective product, please let us know right away so that we can make it right for you! You can reach us at email@example.com.
If you are in the USA, shipping is $8.99 on our subscription boxes. Items purchased in our shop ship free within the US for orders over $50! All shop orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $6.95.
Subscriptions & Orders
You'll be charged for your first box as soon as your subscribe. You'll be re-billed on the 2nd every month until you skip or cancel time.
Log in to your account and click on "manage subscriptions." From there, click on the pink button with your subscrition number.
On the next screen, scroll to the bottom to find the area that lists "Payment Method", click the "update" button. You'll receive an email with a secure link where you'll be able to update your payment information.

Our members don’t have any contracts or commitments to subscribe to our subscription. You can easily cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason by simply logging into your customer portal and selecting cancel.

Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a picture of the damaged item within 14 days of the box being delivered. We'll do everything we can to get it sorted for you as soon as possible.
